  • Union compliance where needed while scaling productions on the non-union scale too.

  • Hiring and coordinating the various crew members needed for the project, including directors, producers, cinematographers, and technical staff. Managing relationships with external vendors and ensuring that necessary equipment, services, and resources are procured on time and within budget.

  • dentifying suitable filming locations, obtaining necessary permits, and managing logistics for shooting in different places.

  • Overseeing the casting process, including auditions, callbacks, and final selections of actors for the project.

  • Identifying potential risks to the project and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring a smoother production process.

  • Providing guidance on the visual direction for photoshoots, ensuring they align with the overall creative vision. Directing the visual elements of video production, including camera angles, lighting, and overall visual storytelling.

  • Crafting and refining the narrative elements of a project, ensuring a compelling and engaging story that resonates with the target audience.

  • Working closely with graphic designers, illustrators, and other visual artists to bring creative concepts to life. Crafting comprehensive creative briefs that outline project objectives, target audience, tone, and other key elements for the creative team.

  • Ensuring that typography and graphic design elements align with the project's overall creative direction and brand identity.

  • Collaborating with clients and creative teams to generate innovative and compelling ideas for projects. Developing a distinctive visual style or identity for a project, ensuring consistency across various elements like logos, graphics, and design elements.

  • We create, design, coordinating and organize elements such as budgeting, scheduling, venue selection, and logistics to ensure successful event execution. Our team works to create a seamless experience, managing details from guest lists to entertainment for a variety of occasions.

  • Guiding the artistic vision of a project, including the overall aesthetic, style, and visual elements.

Post Production

  • Oversee, manage and run the Post Production process from prep through production and post to delivery.

  • Creative offline and online editorial

  • Adjusting and enhancing the colors in a video to achieve a desired look or correct issues with lighting and camera settings.

  • Enhancing and balancing audio elements, removing background noise, and ensuring a clear and high-quality sound. Adding or enhancing audio effects, music, and other sound elements to create a more immersive experience.

  • Incorporating computer-generated imagery (CGI) or other visual effects to enhance or create elements not present during filming. Creating animated graphics, titles, and other visual elements to enhance the overall presentation.

  • Providing expertise and guidance on post-production strategies, workflows, and best practices. Ensuring that the final product meets quality standards by checking for errors, glitches, or other issues. Preparing the final version of the content for distribution, ensuring it meets technical specifications and standards.

Blending logistical precision with a splash of creativity, Ben is the embodiment of a smoothie with the perfect balance of flavors. Armed with a pragmatic approach to life, he boasts 7 years of experience in the dynamic realms of media, including film, commercials, television, live events, and podcasting.

Ben's journey into the world of creativity began as a "performer" in the broadest sense, exploring his passion through engagements with the English National Ballet and amateur dramatics. Rest assured, he won't subject you to one of his childhood one-man shows – (those were reserved for an audience of builders at his family home when he was six.)

In essence, Ben is driven by the belief in creating content that graces the world's biggest stages and wants your next job to be the best one yet.

Jenna-mae White

A Rom-com connoisseur, Jenna-mae moved to Los Angeles from London to attend the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She has been absorbed in the entertainment industry since she was 5 years old, working alongside Award-winning theater companies Royal Shakespeare Company and Frantic Assembly.

Jenna-mae values the transformative power of storytelling and believes in the success of any project through teamwork and shared passion. With a dynamic energy, she thrives on the ever-changing landscape of the entertainment industry, contributing both in front of and behind the camera. Jenna-mae White exemplifies the synergy of creativity and collaboration, always striving to make every project extraordinary.

Will Hedden

Energetic human and thoughtful golden retriever, Will has ten years of experience in creative problem-solving across fashion, media, and the film industry.

At the ‘Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity’, he built global partnerships and developed marketing solutions with the largest creative agencies, technology, gaming, and media companies.

After years behind a desk, he earned to be the one creating the content - he found his way onto set as a PA starting back at the bottom, where he quickly became a producer and AD for feature and commercial films.

His underlying belief is in the power of creativity for global impact and to make life a lot more fun.
